Big Hits DJs

Any reviews on these guys? Any one use them before?

Our RH recommends them, and I was just wondering about any feedback...

I contacted them during my DJ hunt and I never heard back from them directly.
I had emailed them for information, and apparently I had a message on my home phone from a DJ company, that I am assuming was them, but my parents deleted it and didn't remember who it was. They said the guy seemed rude and was telling me to hurry up and call because the Fall of 2010 was booking up like crazy, which I highly doubt.
JMO though, I never had any personal contact with them.

Gerry is the owner and who you deal with... he is very sweet & very professional! He was one of my favorite vendors. I was always impressed that every time I called with a small question he always knew who I was right away & when my wedding was. I had another vendor that when I called I was always asked 'when is your wedding again?' Not with Gerry, he is awesome!

I just booked about a month ago.

Saw them at a bridal show and they were phenomenal.

My fiance went and I went back and forth with Gerry on the phone and by email and he was always very nice and very patient - answered all our questions and spent a good amount of time with us. We actually went and researched a LOT of DJs after initially speaking with him because he was priced higher than what we wanted to pay. We even met with FM Entertainment - Frank was great during the presentation - but Deirdre, the co-owner was very nasty on the phone and by email and would not let us talk to him.

In the end, we realized that service mattered, and that Big Hits was our number one choice. This was the one area we splurged on - we figured if the entertainment is bad, the whole party won't be good.
