BIG NEWS!! (I HEART MY BP!)
Okay, well FH and I do not live together--and in the middle of all this wedding planning...as we are down to 4 1/2 mos. to the big day ![]()

-- which we are paying for -- we have to find a place for us to live. this means coming up with 1st, last, and 1 month security! (like coming up with $3-4K on TOP of this wedding is super easy?)
so members of our BP (a married couple) informed us that their friend, who has been living at their house for like 2 months, is moving out. therefore, the downstairs 1 bedroom apartment in their house will be open. they said they will slap some paint--lay down new carpet.....and give it to us RENT FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they understand how hard it can be to start out--and we just have to pay for our electric/heat....but that we can stay there, continue to save $$ and get something a few months after the wedding!!!!!!!!
this is such a great thing--cause FH and i know that we'll have PLENTY of money for an apt. AFTER the wedding (with wedding $$, his huge tax refund he'll get, etc.) but trying to get all this done beforehand was causing up to fret a LOT.
i just wanted to share this cause i'm so excited....plus i tend to see lots of stories on here about BP members who wind up being selfish, whiny, envious, or just downright mean! it's nice to be able to say that our GM & BM have extended this helping hand to us, in our time of need....and i'm so glad to have such great friends!!!!!
