Big problem... What to do when you Jr Bm is just too big?

So I just got the measurements for one of my juniors and as some have heard me say before... shes 11 but very big for her age...

Problem is that she doesnt fit on the jr size chart and now im freaking... What do i do?!?! Her bust is too big by 2 1/2 inches

ETA: yes, I def could put her in a reg BM dress, but the other junior will prob be way too small for a reg size 2... but ya never know.... cross some fingers for me

PS: Thissssss is why Im going to FL for the weekend ... before I rip my hair out

Can you put her in a regular BM dress? She will obviously look younger so people will know she's a jr. bm.

who makes the dresses? is it possible for her to wear a variation of the bridesmaids dresses....you know llike a similiar bridesmaid dress but not the same one? maybe tea length so she will look different but she can wear a a grown up size?

Impressions ... The prob is that her cousin is tinyyyy, yet a year older and would never fit into a reg size dress ... so any way i work it, the 2 juniors would both be wearing diff dresses, which im not Ok with... This is like my worst nightmare

get her a bridesmaid dress that is what i did for my flowergirls who are older then average BM. It worked perfectly fine.

I have to get her measurements first and see just how small my other niece really is to determine that... But yep, that might be the only way... Not like i have any additional time to sit here and decide wth im going to do

LOL Can I put my bigger niece on a crash diet?!?! Is that an option at this point too?

And I guess if anything, I could just have them add extra material to the junior dress to make it bigger right? Guess Im gonna have to give burton's another annoying call

Definitely check with the store. They may have some ideas. I'm sure this is not the first time that something like this has happened.

I would put the smaller niece in a BM dress. It is much easier to take in a dress then to take out. Are your BM and Jr BM dresses very different?

I had a similar situation, we ordered our Jr BM a regular BM dress, in a style that was age appropriate for her. Her dress is a different designer & fabric (Jim Hjelm taffeta) , but the same color as the rest of the BM's (VW satin). It's not a perfect match, but it comes close. And it would have been ridiculous to have a 10 year old in a Vera Wang dress.

Their dresses just came in, and hers will have to definitely be altered on the length and the straps.

Truly though it looks good with the rest of the dresses. I think so, anyway.

Im sure that if its only 2 and a half inches.. they can alter the dress.. like take it out and add the fabric... Im sure the dress will be long and they can use the material from the bottom to add to the side..

It could work.( I LOVEEEE your BM dresses. )
It would look different on a little girl bc they wont have the curves so the dress can actually be very similar.

not that i know of... it goes up to size 16 and that seems to be about it... I have to call the store to see what my options are...

I can't see the 3rd pic (my pc blows) but I think as long as the dresses are in the same fabric and color you're ok.

No, i couldnt get it to post... lol so its not your comp... i just gave up

FH's solution: well, maybe we just shouldnt have them in the party... and then tells me 'you'll figure it out'... Thanks FH..

i got my jbm a size 0 in the reg dress and they will take it in...

i hope it works out 4 u..try not to think bout it and have a nice relaxing time in florida
