Big Surprise Yesterday

We went to FH's best friend's for a brunch yesterday with their group of friends. I knew about the brunch, and went out to NJ the night before to help cook, set up, etc.

Turns out the brunch was a surprise mini-engagement party for FH and I!!!!

It was a great surprise, and his friends were so nice to do this for us.

Unfortunately, FH was over 2 hours late to it - long story - he's late everywhere, and was totally embarassed - but it was a great day all in all.

awww...that was so nice! My husband is late for everything too so I can sympathize.

awww...that was so nice! My husband is late for everything too so I can sympathize.

yeah, James was late by 45 minutes to our rehearsal. I wanted to start without him! Then, we were walking over the Desmonds for the dinner and he decided to check in a change so then he was late for the dinner. Drove me nuts!
