BIG week!!!!

Photo/Video Booked.....AND Florist!!!!!

Girls..Im so frustarted...

I have 2 gf's who are totally making fun/abusing me for being so planned & having all of the 'biggees' booked already. I mean..I know we have 11 mos to go -but if we know exactly what we want...and are BIG budgeters,...it helps to have everything laid out already. It was pretty simple booking all of the biggees....b.c we knew we would get what we want & knew people at these places. It just frustrates me that they're such 'nay-sayers' against the fact that I'm so organized and have the BIG things booked out of the way already...one month into it.

I wish they could genuinely be happy for me -& not make fun (behind my back)

don't listen to them....a lot of vendors are already booking up for 2010 so its def not too early. you don't want to miss out on your first choices.

well congrats on booking your vendors and don't let anyone get you down people book 2 years in advance sometimes there is nothing wrong with that!!!! tell them if they would pay for anything you'll wait for it!

I think a lot of us 2010 hear the same thing because we are all booking things faster then what people expected.

My hall, photo/video, DJ are booked. I started invitiations (or rather wait list for Tessa), and started looking at florists yesterday. Don't let them get you down... us 10' girls are just on our game.

Forget about everyone else!! You're right on schedule. I'm getting married four months after you and booked some of my vendors...LAST YEAR.

I am a year after you and I have my photo/video and will be doing my dj by the end of the year.

have they planned a wedding? If you want a vendor you have to book as soon as you can or that vendor might not be available.

I wouldn't worry about your friends. You are less than a yr away and you are perfectly on schedule - plus, its better to do it sooner so you can get what you want and be organized!

Girls...I honestly love ya!! Def. just made me feel better.

I couldnt agree mroe. Things is...the main one who I know talks sh*t about me -is suppose to me one of my closest friends. She is getting married this upcoming July -& I'm her MOH! It's nuts...but she def. has a jealously issue...(& has admitted it to me on a drunken occassion) -Jealous about MANY things...& its just *****!!!

We're suppose to be so close...& yet I dont feel like she's genuinely happy for me. She;s VERY competitive -and it's just a sad situation.

I get upset over it sometimes...& then stop myself and just say..'its not worth the stress'.

It's a VERY long complicated story...but the bottomk line is -I know what to expect from her....so I really shouldn't let it bother me. It['s not my fault it took her longer to book & had more frustrations doing so. It is what it is.

Congrats to you!! Definitely agree that the attitudes are stemming from some jealousy there. Hey, I'm jealous...thats great that you have such a supportive FH that likes to get things done and you have so much accomplished. Plus, as many have mentioned, places book fast...if you have referrals to places and know what you want...why not book!

FH like to get things done...but can def. be a Nazi about it! LOL Dont get me wrong...we've had our bickering moments over certain things -btu I say as long as you communicate and know how to talk things out...all should be fine.

thats the key for me -being able to talk things out.

Thanks!! I gotta tell ya -I love that we have the same date -a year apart!!!

I worry about the weather sometimes...but it's so hit or miss! PLus...with all of the renovations going on now at SC...it should be beautiful regardless!!!

Don't listen to them. It's great that you're on top of things! And honestly, I've visited RH's that have people booked in 2012, so there is every reason in the world to want to plan ahead.
