i love it but I dont like the father/son and what the women to win!!! I only hate one thing on the show and that is product placement!

i know! fh and i always laugh with the product placement.....the trainer will start talking about those steam fresh bags or whatever and we'll be like oh man heres another commercial

mee i love that show i really want mike to win but we all know it will be tara. i don't like her or helen everytime u see them they r always crying.

i'm watching it. i need to get myself moving....i see these people lose so much weight, then realize that all they do is workout for hours a day and i have other things to do. i'd be happy if i lost 30 pounds. and forget me ever running a marathon, that will never happen

I always break out my 60 calorie jello pudding when I watch this show... LOL
I cannot stand Ron...and ya know... How stupid is Helen voting off Felipe? She's gotta know her chances are worse with Father and Son team going strong. UGH...ppl don't think. I liked Felipe. LOL. And they brought Bernie back... liked him too. Such a nice guy.

So here I am planning my ultimate revenge on Ron...if Mike falls below the yellow line I'm voting to keep whoever else is there with him...coz nothing would hurt Ron more than for Mike to NOT be in the final 3.
