Biggest Loser Contest

At my job we have decided to do a biggest loser contest. There are a bunch of us doing it - five bucks a week. At the end the 3rd place gets 25, 2 place gets 75 and first places gets 400!!

Needless to say, I want to win. I am going to use weight watchers but does anyone have any healthy but yummy recipes?

TIA!

I have a ton all saved up over the years.

The best recipes (and easiest ) i have found were in the Cooking Light magazine. Most of them were only 30 minute meals and fairly cheap ingredients!

Re: Biggest Loser Contest

A couple of years ago my friend was trying to lose weight for her wedding and her trainer gave her this diet:
hard boiled egg for breakfast
salad with grilled chicken for lunch
fish for dinner

High protein and filling.

Re: Biggest Loser Contest

When I was losing weight for the wedding the best thing I did was to cut out sugary drinks. I drank nothing but water for 2 months and dropped weight like crazy! Good luck!!
