anyone else try this diet?? where you sign up on www.biggestloserclub.com and they give you meal plans?? im gonna start it tomorrow but i went food shopping and for the week (granted i didnt have any spices) was about 200 bucks!! im a lil worried.
every time i diet it costs way much more for the food - for me i know its beacuse i get tons of freshs fruit and veggies
I tried this diet. I actually liked the program, but I needs something with more support to keep me motivated. If you sign up and cancel before I think it was 30days you get a full refund. It is worth a try.
