Bikini wax

Let's suppose I was doing bpics in 2 weeks. When is my optimal bikini-waxing time frame?

Re: Bikini wax

waxing usually lasts for about 2 weeks..I hope that helps with your question.

Re: Bikini wax

Well I'm assuming this would be your first time?

if so I would say a few days before...this way in case you have any irritation or anything, it gives it a couple of days to subside, also a couple of days to find and get rid of any....stragglers.....no more than a week before though.

lol It's ok. Everyone has a first time sometime.

My advice would be to take a couple of advil an hour before your appt to help lessen any swelling or inflammation. And honestly, it will hurt like a biitch (especially if you've never been waxed before) but I swear as quickly as it hurts, it goes away.

I curse my waxer as she works (in my head of course) but I love her as soon as it's over...and i go back again and again. It's worth it in the end. Good Luck!!

I don't know what time they close on saturday....maybe 7? I go to Space Salon on Ditmars Blvd. The woman I usually go to is Cole, but I have seen another woman there when Cole was out and she was great too, though I forget her name...Maria maybe. Here's the website:

I was thinking of maybe doing this for my honeymoon. The only thing I have ever had waxed was my eyebrows though!

Yeah same here. Here's a question.....if its just a regular bikini wax, no brazilian, do you keep you underwear on?

yes--underwear stays on! Just wear skimpy ones so they get everything..
