Bikram yoga/ Hot yoga
Anyone know any places in Suffolk that offer this? Thinking of trying it out, but only know places in the city that offer it....

Check the bikram yoga website ... it used to be in Dix Hills but moved ... I *think* to St James?
I've never been ... St James is a little farther than we wanted to go.

I don't know the answer to your question, but was curious if you saw the 60 min or 20/20 report on Mr. Bikram. I found it absolutely fascinating.
