Girls who are ordering BM dresses from them....where are you ordering from? Who has the best price? I think I need to start ordering dresses soon and I want to get the best price possible!

I'm torn between Helen's and Burtons.
Burtons gave me the best price on Jasmine dresses ($150 w/15% off and $50 cap on alterations) but I need to see if they carry Bill Levkoff.
Helen's is where we tried them on, and they gave me a price of $160 but didn't discuss alterations or a discount.
I like both places equally; they had GREAT service and prices and selection. I guess I just need to decide on a place

I got a BL dress from Lillette's and I wasn't too happy. They were $150 but then the alterations is so high and they force you to get alterations. They also order the dress 3 sizes too large on purpose. I was not at all happy with their alterations department.
I think you're better off going somewhere where the girls aren't forced to get alterations done.

Hmm... My girls didn't have that problem at Lillette's. They got BL full length gowns with a 10% discount since that was where I ordered mine from. There was a $75 cap on alterations for BM's and all dresses fit fine. In fact, several came in under the $75 cap. Also, one BM lives in PA so when she was in town for my shower, she picked up her dress with no problems so she could get it altered closer to home.

I ordered my dress and girls' dresses from Paradise Bridal in Patchogue and they also gave a 10% discount. Believe it or not Burton's (the flower place) had the best price for the Bill Levkoff dress I chose, however, most of my bridesmaids are in Eastern Suffolk so they opted to pay a litle more and be local.

My BMs bought their Levkoff dresses from Valentina's in Brooklyn, where I bought my dress and received 10% off and alterations for $25.
