For those of you who have this style as your BM dress...what are you doing with the train???
I decided to have the girls bustle the dress and cut the ribbon a little bit. It looked so gorgeous.

My cousin is sending them to me tomorrow. I'll post them. We tried a few different bustles..but went with a french bustle.

i would suggest cutting it to floor length. this is what my girls did and the seamstress recommended it.

Can't wait to see!! Thanks!! I really wanted to avoid cutting the dresses if I could since I loved the look so much with the train and sashes -- and my dress has sashes too!!

Yeah...it was so pretty bustled. I'm having them keep the train for the ceremony and then bustling it right afterwards so it doesn't get in the way. And even when it's bustled the sash is still floor length.

I am using that dress for my BM's!! the MOH's have a different dress
It really is a gorgeous dress. We are doing euro red with a black sash. We are most likely keeping the train.. BUT might bustle the back!!

I am using # 557 (same dress, but in taffeta) and the sashes & train will both be cut.
You can try talking to AeroJenn, she is bustling the train a little higher up, and she found a unique alternative to cutting the sashes.
