My girls got #470...Taffeta with the pickups on the bottom. I don't know how to tell them to 'bustle' the sash... Thanks!

My girls are wearing Bill Levkoff- different dress but same idea with the long sash. The seamstress took each side of the sash and pinned it into what almost looked like the loops of a bow.
