So i finally went out friday and bough the dress for FHs dads wedding. Its a black strapless dress and i love it. So i tried it on in the store and it looked great. i came home and tried it on again last night and started crying b/c i hated the way my arms and back looked!!
so i went out this morning and bought billy blanks bootcamp elite
holy crap. i got like 25 minutes into the 40 minute routine and wanted to pass out!!! now i just have to do this 5 times a week for the next 3 weeks until we leave and pray i dont cry when i try the dress on again lol
i'm proud of myself for making it through the workout video though (1 of 3 ughh)

You'll get the hang of it.
The first time I did Total Body Sculpt Workout w/ Gilad from FitTV..omg I couldn't walk without immense pain for 2 days from all the squats & lunges he made me do.
But now I'm ok and I can keep up with him (for the most part) lol.

I LOVE Billy Blanks!!! It's hard work but man does it pay off! Sometimes I just get uncoordinated sometimes and screew the exercises up.

that's awesome...keep up the good work! I can't wait to hit the gym tomorrow night. I did lawn work today as my exercise but I'd much rather take a class at the gym.
