I had read about biotin (supplement supposed to help nails) a few months ago on these boards. I was wondering how long it took before anyone noticed improvement? I have been taking it for about two weeks, and nothing yet!

Honestly it takes a while (2-3 months) to start showing improvement - remember that your nails have to grow out so once it's been in your system, your nails will start growing healthier, stronger, etc. (same for hair).
BUT, it is worth it. My friend used it for a while and it worked great. I just keep forgetting to take that tiny little pill!

Ok, i'll keep it up and hope for the best! i only have 103 days till the big day, i should have started it earlier. the pills i have are definitely not little!!! They are big smelly horse pills! LOL

It will take a little bit of time, so it's not an overnight process. Keep up with it and you should have beautiful nails and gorgeous hair by wedding day!
