Are any girls here wearing a bird cage veil? I want to wear one as my busher along with a long veil in the back...anyone else doing this? I want to get hairstyle ideas. I will probably take off the birdcage veil compeltely after we walk into the reception. Is this dumb?

I'm wearing one! No long veil in the back though, just the short bird cage. I have short hair (as of yesterday! haha) so I'm doing the whole vintage, 40s glam thing. I think I'm going to take it off for the reception too, and just wear the flower/feather decorative part.
I'm hoping to make it myself... We'll see how that goes.
I love that look! I just don't think I can pull it off! We'll see though, because I really want to wear a bird cage veil.

im def doing bird cahe blusher. Im not sure how a veil would look in the back? but they are sooo hot!

I'm only doing bird cage in front and definitely taking off for reception. I wasn't even planning to do a veil at all but found an adorable cheap birdcage on etsy. Its perfect---here is how much hair will look in back...
I think it would be weird to have a birdcage in the front and a long veil in the back....I am wearing a cage veil with a little hat thing, its gonna be cute
