I know this is a stupid question but what's the difference between bird seed and rice puffs? I was looking through some of the church paperwork and they allow bird seed, rice puffs, or bubbles. Never heard of rice puffs

It may be that new stuff that they make that is like rice, but it is safe for the birds and disintegrates with water.
