How many of you ladies are planning on wearing a bird cage veil? Do you think this is way too untraditional?
I am known for always wearing feathered and/or flowered headbands (even a little before the big trend!) and I just am loving the birdcage veils attached to the feathers/crystals, It just looks so dramatic!
What are your thoughts ladies?

Re: birdcage veils?
I love the birdcage veil look but that type of veil wouldn't go with my dress so I'm doing the three teired veil cuz it looks right. If it goes with your dress I say GO FOR IT! I don't think that a birdcage veil is too non-traditoinal, it's vintage!

Re: birdcage veils?
welll......I am going back to find a new dress (ugh...I know...I sound like I am leaving my first one high and dry) But it is just not doing it for me and my style. I have an appointment on Sunday to pick (hopefully) my new dress (yay!) But I really want to do a birdcage veil so Im thinking I have to pick my dress around that!!
Just wasnt sure if it was to trendy...I dont want to say in 15 years 'what the hell did I wear on my head!?'

No, Wear it I LOVE ITTTTTTTTTTTT . I am wearing one also. I am not really traditional. I like your whole inspiration. I am doing the wishing well tree as well. I am trying to make the same one.
I haven't brought my dress yet, but I want to make sure, it will go with my birdcage veil too. So stay away from Ball growns

I'm hoping to wear one. I'm not sure if it will match my dress, but I think it would be more me than a traditional veil. Go for it!!

I really love them - depending on the dress. They don't go with all dresses.
But if it looks great with your dress and it's something you could see yourself wearing - Go for it!
