Birdy's Bachelorette Party

Birdy's Bachelorette Party

I am helping plan a friend's bachelorette party for early October and it's been suggested that we take her to Birdy's. The ticket price one of the BMs was quoted was $55 and that includes admission to Culture Club afterwards. Does anyone know if there is a group rate and how many people you have to have and what's the price difference? Also do you have to go directly to Culture Club after Birdy's or can you go out--dinner, and then come back? I checked out the website and they promote that they have a store for buying bridal gag items, but are you allowed to bring things to the club? I know that people will want to give her gag gifts prior to going.

Also how much were drinks? $8 or more?

Thanks for your help!

Someone posted on here a couple of days ago-- I think-- that they were doing Birdy's but the show just closed, so they needed to re-plan the party.. I may be making that up-- but it was some show that people do for B-parties.. I can't think of any others besides Donkey Show- and it def was not that.

I would check into it..

I checked the website. It's still running. You can buy tickets online all the way into the end of October. But I will mention to the BMs to call and make sure it is still running.

Re: Birdy's Bachelorette Party

Yes, I had my sister's whole bachelorette party planned! To go to Birdy's Bachelorette party, I got a call 1 week before that the show, the night we were planning on going was cancelled!p

The show isn't closed! It just got cancelled the day we were planning on going.

$55 is the group rate! otherwise it is $60.

The show is only 1 1/2 hours!

Oh, and the Bachelorette is NOT FREE!!!!!! Only with 20 people or more she will get in free!

You are supposed to have at least 10 people to get the group rate! But I called early enough, that she gave me the group rate for 5 people anyway. Like it matters now, cause it was cancelled. Supposedly we are all getting a full refund! I will be checking my credit card constanly to make sure. I think it is BS!

I am very upset with them! I had to replan my sister's whole bachelorette party in the matter of 2 days! It is this weekend!

There have been many bad reviews on this place, but despite them all, that is where my sister WANTED to go. Unfortnatelly I had to change the whole day! Now we are going to Escapes for half the price and double the time! I have a feeling we will have a better time there anyway! It will be less expensive for me, for the tickets and not having to travel into the city.

Although I would have LOVED to go to the culutre club!g

don't worry you aren't missing a thing...there was not one person in cutlture club other than a handful of the girls from upstairs...
miss it - we went home afterwards - save your $ and go to escapes

once the guys at birdy's started sweating and then some girls licked whipped cream off their bodies, I got a little turned off...

nsgraham went to mantasia (i think that was what it was called) and LOVED it - that could be good too!!

they prob. have air conditioning at escapes!!

Re: Birdy's Bachelorette Party

Apparently my friend really wants to go to Birdy. When I was looking online I saw that the show starts at 8 pm and I don't think people will want to go dancing until later in the night.

I've heard so many mixed reviews about Birdy's--I personally did not want to go for my bachelorette. As long as she has a good time that's all that counts.

Thank you for your responses

Although I've never gone to the Birdys Bach. Party but many girls who have gone said it was a huge disappointment.

Thank you for all your posts. I'm trying to persuade my friend that Lucky Chang's would be fun as well.
