Birth Certificate

I haven't received Nicolas' birth certificate yet, and I need it at the end of the month to fly.
Who do I call about that? The hospital?

Either the hospital or the Department of Health. Gianna's came from the Dept. of Health, but I don't know if that's because she was born in Queens -- it might be different for you. How about your town?

You should check with the Town Clerk's office of the town where the hospital Nicky was born in is located. They usually only take a few weeks to come, so you should have had it by now. I would call them and ask.
