birth certificate help!!

my FH lost his and we need it for the marriage license and HM.. how do i get another one??

he has to go to or contact the town/city/county hall who maintains vital records (birth/death/marriage) WHERE HE WAS BORN.



OR he can contact the state....but the locals are quicker.

if you can't get the info from the local town where your FH was born...you can get it from the state
