I haven't taken it in years. I will get my buddy tomorrow. Do I start tonight (sunday) or wait until next sunday? Can't remember. Thanks.

if you get your buddy tomorrow, then you have to wait til the following sunday....
just went to the gyno about 2/3 weeks ago so its fresh from my memory
( i switched from the patch to the pill... )

Just remember if you are a Sunday starter you will not be protected for the first 7 days ! ! !
