After 7 1/2 months I got my wonderful friend back after having Emma. Oh well. It was fun while it lasted. Anyway Im going back on BC. Do I start it today, the first day of my period or do I wait for it to be over then start. Its been SO long I forgot

I think it depends on what your OB/GYN tells you. I have always been told to use the Sunday start method.

I also use the Sunday start day. I know some of my friends are not on the Sunday start day. You may want to check with your Dr.

Mine told me when I went back on them last month that you start the 1st day if you want to be protected right away and sunday start if you want to wait 1 month to be protected. But I think it depends on what pills you are taking
