Here it goes ladies..This info is accurate for Ortho-Tri-Cylen users, as I am not sure if it will work for other users.
2 ways to miss your period
#1) start your next pack without the green pills the MONTH before you are planning to miss your period. This will cause you to have your period a week earlier the following month.
#2) Try to find a sample pack and after your last week of ACTIVE pills, instead of taking the green pills, take the LAST row (the dark blue) pills instead. If you take the white pills you will still get your period. Take note that if you use this method you will be short one pack of pills because the rest of the pack is no good anymore. You can save them in case you lose a pill from the previous weeks, but if you do that use only the same color pill you lost.
