My friend is on the pill and she thinks she might be pregnant, since she just switched brands. If she takes a PG test will she get a false positive becasue she is on the pill?? She is in the week where she should have her period, but hasn't gotten it yet.

I don't think anyone can really answer this. It sounds more like her body is adjusting to the new pills. It's happen to me before as well. If she's pregnant you usually get a positive, but anything is possible. IMO, I would wait another week, relax and then go to the dr. JMO~
