Birthday Present Help

I need to get a present for my DH's grandma, she is going to be 89 this weekend.

We usually send flowers or a plant every year, but this year we are actually going to see her on her birthday.

We would really like to get her something nice, but are out of ideas.

Please help!!

What does she like? Is she into anything?

hmm....89? maybe something sentamental about grandmothers? like a plaque type thing or something? or a nice picture of you two framed or something?... and you could bring flowers too!

We plan to bring flowers with us. Last year we did the photo thing.

She is very hard to buy for. She lives with her daughters family so the only space she really has is her bedroom.
