i have a dress that is black and white lace on the bottom, but top is black and white but satin. Probably not what youre looking for but here just in case. Try black/white house market like somebody mentioned. ALso try maybe macy's, bloomies and those department stores.

its not all lace but bottom part is. Got it from Arden B.
