i have them won't have pics actually up (maybe some teaser pics on monday) but honestly your flowers will pop out no matter what you pick unless its a deep red shade (black magic roses/dark red/black calla's). I have a green sash on the dress to tie in the real color of the wedding.

It also makes it easier for the girls to wear their dress again.

Thanks everyone! I'm in a bridal party in August, and the bride let us pick the color. But of course the dress we like the sample happened to be black and we loved it. Now I just need to convince the bride black is okay.

im getting married in august and my girls will be in black-but it is a night wedding

I have been a BM in 2 weddings where the dresses were black. One was in July, the other was in October. I think it looked nice, very classy.

I wanted to do black dresses but every person in mine or FH family didn't get it and gave us these weird looks. I love that they look good on anyone and they look very classy.

same here everyone told me it would be too dark for summer so i was out voted....

ha ha, i just went looking for this profile to post a link bc this is def my favorite black-BM-dress wedding.

FSIL plans to do black also with cranberry flowers.
