I wish i was doing Black Forest but my catering hall uses Rolling Pin...lets just say I have been less then happy with the CS with them...it's cake; how hard could it be?

We used rolling pin, it was delicious, and I had no customer service issues. Guests raved about the cake.

Ive heard good on both. I had my daughters Christening in Port Jeff and they used Rolling Pin and from what I recall it was good...I dont remember raving over it but it was good!

Our hall uses Rolling Pin so thats who did our cake. It tasted delicious, but didn't look quite like the picture I discussed with the baker. I was a little peeved about it, but what could I do? No one realized it wasn't exactly how I wanted it, only I knew, not even DH so I just let it be.

Eta: first pic is what I wanted and the second is what ours looked like.

I LOVE BLACK FOREST CAKES!!!! I work up in Melville and if we ever need a cake they make me drive down there to get it since I brought one in one day... they blame me for not wanting to eat anything else!!!
