Today was my first black friday shopping experience - it really wasnt that bad - we hit up target at 6 am, then went to the source mall which was empty and then Macy's in manhasset where i got unbelievable deals - silk pjs for my grandma for $5!!!! and they had lots of like everyday jewelry for $3 - $7! SCORE!!!

i do all my shopping online but i was so surprised - i passed the exit for roosevelt field today at about noon and there was no traffic either way!!
