Black Tie Affair

Hi!

I am attending a black tie wedding in September and I need to find the perfect dress.

I have been to all the major department stores and haven't found that dress.

I am looking for a strapless black mermaid dress.

Does anyone one have any recommendations of stores in NYC that carry formal evening gowns.

I love that dress but they dont carry my size anywhere. I contacted saks corporate and they cant even help me.

That is the dress i want. I am also considering a seamstress that wont cost me a fortune to make me that dress.
