what exactly do you write when you get a blank card for the rsvp? I don't want to offend these people since they are fancy pants doctors (black tie optional bat mitzvah).

When I get blank ones, I write
We would be delighted to attend XX for XX. We are looking forward to celebrating xx with you. Christine & DH LastName

I got one a few weeks ago for a wedding.... LOL I thought it was a freakin' mistake. I was about to call my friend and say did you know your RSVP cards were blank (bc she told me she had a problem with the printing)! But I figured this was the way it's supposed to be.
I just put 'Mr. & Mrs. Michael XXXX accept with pleasure.'
