Bliss or Mario Badescu

Hey girls! I have never had a facial before and wanted to get one before my upcoming wedding...and I heard pretty good things about bliss and mario. Do you guys have any preference or any one girl that you recommend in each. (or even more important don't recommend). I really appreciate any input. Thanks!!

I have never been to Bliss, but i do go to Mario Badescu once a month. I get a facial and do a glycolic treatment. I have been using his products as well and they work really well. If you do decide to go for a facial ask for Rikoko. She does an amazing job.

I have been to both places and I think Mario Badescu has gone downhill in the past few years. My favorite places to get facials are at Cornelia (but are very expensive) or Shizuka. But I would choose Bliss over Mario.

I've been to Mario for a facial once and the extractions hurt, plus I have very senstive skin and was actually bleeding after the woman did the extractions. I may have gotten a bad person...

I never went to Bliss for a facial but went for other services and enjoyed it...they even have snacks in the waiting room.

I love Ohm for facials...my skin doesn't turn red right after and I've noticed a difference.

I went to Mario and luved it! I had Mariella (or something like that). It was my first facial. My skin has been horrible lately and I was so afraid that the I would leave w/ red skin after the facial bc I got an add-on treatment. My skin looked great! Well worth it!

I haven't heard anything about them, but I go to my FMIL. Luckily she's an esthetician. She's really good and since she works out of her home her prices aren't bad. $70 for an hour and 20 minutes. Trust me, you wouldn't be disappointed. FM me if you want her number!!

I swear by Mario Badescu. I used to have pretty bad skin and I switched to all their products plus facials - now I get compliments all the time on my skin. And they're cheap - $65 for a facial. It's less of a spa and more of a clinic but I highly recommend them.
