I want to go to the spa before the wedding to get a luxurious treatment and also to shed a few inches before the big day... Has anyone done either of these treatments and can recommend one or the other?

I'm going to do the Shrink Wrap right before the wedding at the Bliss Spa. I only go there for my waxings and spa treatments!!

They say to try and do it a day or so before the wedding. I'm doing it on a Thursday for my wedding on Saturday.

I love Bliss Spa! I've never had those treatments you mentioned but I have had a salt sea scrub and many pedicures!
