no...basically you get an extra week. after that, they presume you want to 'purchase' it and they will charge you so. so yeah, there are still late fees, but they are less anal.

I think you have to pay a little extra for the movies and your only allowed a certain amount of movies I am not sure.

I am a store manager for them..I will do the explaining..LOL
You have 7 days after the movie is due to return without late fees..
If you return the movie after the 7 days you will be charged for the price of the movie, which usually is around $15-20. but if you return the movie before 30 days we will refund you the price of the movie minus a $1.25 restocking fee..so basically you can keep the movie for 30 days for an extra $1.25.. the last is if you return the movie after 30 days you own it..Hope that expalins everything..

They never have enough DVD's to begin with, now with this offer, forget it, the place will be empty.
Hope they're stocking up.........I happen to like Hollywood Video better anyway so they can keep their late fees, although sometimes I go to Blocksbuster for convenience.![]()

We switched to netflix because the movies we wanted to see were ALWAYS out at blockbuster. This policy will only make it worse
