Good to know I can still get things accomplished even though I'm working now . I blocked rooms at the Radisson in New Rochelle and was even able to add the Honeymoon Suite into my block so I don't have to book it until 1 month before the wedding. I don't know if that's common, but it sounded really good to me.
One thing is that I was only able to block a max of 20 rooms, but I've got more like 60 people who are going to need them. For a 130 room hotel, is this normal?

Jennie: What you can do is have one of your bridal party also block rooms and let folks block thru that.

you can do a separate name but thta might get confusing
We just did a 50% guarantee because we need everyone to be at the same hotel and we needed 60 rooms
We guarantee that 30 rooms will be filled for that night which we are not worried about meeting that number

Well, just tell folks who are close to you bout the other name; and then let the rest do it under your wedding block. My Sis did this because the hotel pulled similar stuntage.
