Oh my god I am so scared. Thats who Im using and they told me I can only book 25 rooms and call back later for more when it gets closer. I have tons of people coming from Fl, NJ, and all over. AH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!![]()

yes, I had a contract that stated I can have blocks of 20 rooms at a time and that I could add rooms as needed. And now it seems that is not the case.
But like, WHY when i called them once a week, every week for the past few months, didn't they TELL me that they were giving the other rooms away? The manager just kept saying 'you'll be fine.' She obviously KNEW she was blocking rooms for other ppl.
She said of the other weddings that one bride has no rooms booked out of her block. She said she'll call her in April or so to see if she is really using them all but still, that's like 2-3 months from now. But people are making travel arrangements now, ya know? We have 4 ppl coming from Oklahoma, 2 from Hawaii, 4 from Philly, 90 from New England. Now they are going to be forced to stay in $400 crappy rooms in the Hamptons, which is not what I wanted for them.

YUP.... that's what they told me too....Call them NOW and force them to block more rooms for you.

This is the last thing you need right now! and should be the last thing you should have to stress about! It's a perfect time to use your MOH and ask her to help you look for hotels! Your guests that booked there can still cancel their reservation, right?
