blocking hotel rooms

hmmm
I already blocked GardenCity Hotel rates from $189-$210 per night - not bad at all for this hotel!

Holiday Inn Westbury - $139 per night this hotel has a bar -
but we are having an after party at my step brothers bar so we dont need it I guess

Wingate Inn Westbury $139 also- nicer than Holiday Inn I think no bar - a few minutes farther away from Westbury Manor

should I list them both or choose 1????

any input or review would help

I chose LaQuinta near the airport. I stayed there a few weeks ago, it's nice. But no bar and no pool

if you have a lot of out of town guests i say list them both. the wingate inn is nice. one of my friends had her shower there because i think her BM owns it.

If you are going to have a lot of out of town people then list them all. Otherwise be really specific because the few travelers will then ask tons of questions of where should i stay...

That's a great rate for Wingate!! Who did you speak with there? Any info would help!! I will be blocking rooms at 2 hotels and be listing both so that way my guests can choose.

We listed both, so that if people really wanted to spend the money and stay at GC they could or if they wanted to go a little cheaper they had the option. As far as I know the Wingate does have a bar, when we did our contract we got a 'Bar Party' contract with it...let me double check for you.

giving an option is always nice because some people will want to spend the extra money and some won't

Ditto Im am thinking of booking them also. I figure my guest won't care too much about the pool and the bar they can drink up at my wedding. Im also considering Radisson because they do have the bar and all that and I already have something booked with Hampton Inn.
