Okay, I live out of town and almost half ofour guest do as well. Does anyone know the hotels that block off rooms near the Watermill for at least 25-30 rooms, that also have a free shuttle?

I think the Courtyard by Marriott is near there, It's in Ronkonkoma??call and ask, because they give free rides to and from reception hall.. (631) 612-5004.. It's worth a try.. Maybe not. sorry.. I guess the holiday inn..

I am getting married at the Watermill and the Holiday Inn Express is 5 min away. They block 10 rooms at a time and as more are needed they add on. and the beauty of it all is they have a free shuttle to and from the reception when you block 10 rooms. They are great and the rooms are nice. any more ino, fm me and ill give you the name and # of person i spoke to!

there are two holiday inn express hotels right near there - and i think both do shuttle buses...call the watermill and ask for their numbers - they'll help you out

Call Samantha from the Watermill and she can help you with the hotel arrangements. She is the Wedding Coordinator for the Watermill. I'm getting married there in April and I'm planning on calling her to help me as well!

What about near the Huntington Townhouse? We will probably need around 20 rooms. I can't seem to find anything less than $100 dollars a night. Anyone know of anything near the Huntington area? We don't want our out of town guests to have to drive too long.
