OK so I was planning on sending our STD around our one year mark for our wedding. Now, should I put in the info for hotel rooms in our STDs or should I put them in the wedding invite?
Keep in mind my wedding is 4th of July weekend and about 60% of our guests are OOT.

Kristen I would! In fact we did. we put in the hotel info card with the prices etc with our STDs but we will send them out AGAIN with our invites.
Since you are doing it around a holiday weekend, its prob best that you do, it really cant hurt and the hotel gives you the cards for free. Additionally, our hotel releases the rooms 1 month prior to our date (so that we will not be held responsible for the rooms not booked), so we are giving our guests plenty of time to make up their mind.

I would send the info out with your STD and then again with your invite like the PP said, it cant hurt

Are you sending everyone invited a STD? Either way I think you should include the info and then again with the invite, especially because its a holiday weekend.
