I registered at Bloomingdale's and now I completely regret it... All of the fina china I registered for went up in price... as did my mixer. I've taken them off the registry and put them on a Macy's registry... but no one knows about that one! On top of all that, I found beautiful bedding and it SO much cheaper at Macy's. The same bedding is 30% more expensive at Bloomingdale's!
I'm so disappointed! I should have registered at Macy's to begin with, but at the time, Bloomingdale's had the same prices on the items I wanted!
UGHHHH.... I'm so disappointed!
I definitely would not recommend Bloomingdale's registry to anyone out there...

so, if I were going to your wedding, I would look at what's on your registry and then find it somewhere else because Bloomingdale's is ridiculously expensive.

yea, bloomingdale always marks up their prices just b/c of their name. that's the reason why i never shop there..
if you can change your registry, i would.

I am having the same problems...I absolutely regret registering with Bloomingdales. Their customer service is the worst. I have been on the phone with them nearly every day with problems. Im glad I added Williams Sonoma too, they have been great.

Aren't they awful! I called them when I saw my china went up in price and they took no interest AT ALL in my complaints... I told them Macy's had the same pattern at 1/3 the price and they said that their prices could change every day....... 'there is no price guarantee', as they put it. AND, my flatware is now NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE. (But it is at Macy's!). They crazy thing is that both Macy's and Bloomingdale's are owned by the same company!

OMG...I can't believe that...we registered at Bloomingdale's @ Roosevelt Field and had a wonderful experience! Which one did you go to? I hope everything worked out
