Hey girls, I need some virtual hugs today. I run a tutoring center for a college, and I have to let go of one of our tutors. It has been a long time coming and he is not a good employee at all, but I still feel terrible about it. He has another job so it is not like he needs this one, but I have never had to fire someone before. It is not fun at all.
