Does anyone know an inexpensive vendor where I can purchase those customized blue undies?

I got blue hanky pankies to wear b/c they are my fave! So comfy! Can I get rhinestones and put something on them myself? How would I do that? Do they come with glue or something??? I am so not crafty!
