Have any of your girls complained about the cost of the BM dress? And how much is the dress???

Mine picked out their own dresses but I had a couple that complained about the cost. I told them to just pick another dress but they didn't and they just keep complaining.

no, it was $135... they got a discount because my dress is DB also so its actually $115

Not to the bride- my BM's dresses cost $165 after taxes. I've paid over $200 for a BM dress though.

Mine cost $160ish with the tax. We got a discount of 10% plus $10 off.... I thought that was VERY reasonable. So far no one has complained. I'd honestly probably be annoyed if they did at that price.

Nope. That worked out good. The dress was $155 and I also made them buy a little shawl which was $30. We got it at Davids Bridal and they received $20 off the price. Seemed pretty good to me. Just worried about Fitting charges :( My sisters was $65 for the alterations. She got cups put in and the hem taken up about an inch. The shoes were $50. Check out my pictures if you want!

My BM's did not complain and the dresses were like $120-something, with alterations they came to $180-something

not really, at least not to my face lol... i really double checked with them that price was ok i wanted to make sure everyone was 100% ok with it
eta... the dress came out to 250 or 280 i cant remember, not including alterations

No, none of them have complaine there dresses were all between $109 and $119.

none of them complained and they all liked the dresses (i think) so they were okay with the price.......came out to $205 after discounts....originally $245.

No complaints. My dresses were on the more expensive side - about $220 and I double and triple checked with all of them to make sure it was ok. So if they wanted to complain then they should have complained then.

Ok, thanks girls. Mine will end up being 175 after tax or shipping (it's a wash if it has to be shipped).
I thought that was pretty reasonable. I had to pay over $300 for one once. We complained, but she said she couldn't find anything else, so we just dealt with it.

FH and I covered the cost of the bridesmaid dresses and tuxes. Luckily i found the dresses at Loehman's at a fraction of the cost since i also have 6 girls.

Not at all, but my girls know I hunted for the best possible deal for them. I ordered from netbride.com and they were awesome.

My BMs didnt complain about the price....we found a great deal..about $120, hopefully after alterations it wont be over $200 BUT what my BMs did complain about was the style of the dress!! OMG it took us awhile to find something everyone was willing to wear!
