One of my bridesmaids, who lives in FL, is pregnant of her 2nd child and she will give birth around May 14'. She called me last Saturday to tell me the big news and we decided that she won't be a bridesmaid anymore, since she will have a c-section and she won't leave a 1 month old baby to come to my wedding in June.
Although I understand her situation, I don't know how to feel about it anymore. I am very happy for her but at the same time what about my wedding? I need some advice, am I being selfish?? Also, should I even send them a wedding invitation?

Of course, you should send her a wedding invitation. I understand being disappointed and upset, but you also can't expect your bridesmaid to put off such major, life changing decisions because of our weddings. Besides, it may not have been planned. But, even if it was, I don't think you can be mad. Disappointed at the situation and that she won't be there, but she really wasn't in the wrong,

BM dilemma
I agree with everything above. My MOH is trying to get pregnant and I knew that when I asked her to be in the wedding. We ordered an extra yard of fabric in case her dress needs to be modified for a baby bump. And I jokingly asked her not to time it so that she'll go into labor at my wedding lol. I understand being disappointed that your friend won't be there, but you have to be happy for her as well.
