BM DRESS

how many of you chose the BM dress yourself.. and who had the girls pick there own?

I went and we picked out dresses, they tried them on, and we all agreed on the same one.... I wanted one that looked good on all body types

I actually asked a few of my girls to come with me, I wanted to make sure they were comfortable. They all had other things to do. So I went with my sister and we picked out what we liked.

i foudn one that i really love, i think some of you are using the same one bill levkoff dress.. i sent the e mail to a few of the girls they all seem to like it.. guess we just need to go try it on and see if if it works for everyone

I picked color, and designer, the girls all pick their own bottom and tops. Ironically they have the same bottom, but everyone has a different top.

i haven't done my own yet... but with the 2 weddings that I have been in here's what happened.

For the first one the BP was spread out all over the country. It was a black tie wedding & the bride simply said get a full length black gown by anyone & show up. It was great & I wore the dress to many other weddings since then.

More recently I was MOH in a local wedding. The bride & her BP all went to the store together & picked out somethings together. The bride chose the color & designer & then we all chose our own tops. She chose the skirts for us all, as they were two piece dresses. Also looked great & this way everyone was comfortable as we were all different shapes, sizes & ages. We all got shoes dyed to match- but again all different shoes.

I picked out a few different ones, e-mailed them to my BMs to get their opinions. I, with their unput, made a decision on which one to go with. Then, they tried them on to make sure they all liked them on and then we ordered them. I have very easy going girls, but I imagine this could be hard for some people.

I had picked a bunch out and took my MOH to try them on. When we finally decided on one I asked all my other girls to come try it on. It worked on everyone so I asked them to get it.

I just picked a color and told the girls they could either have a dress made with the exact color and davids bridal has like 20 dresses in that color so i made it easy on myself and them so everyone is happy i just told them they had to be long
