bm dress and shoes

i was wondering if i should have my girls buy their shoes first and then go dress shopping b/c i have girls that are all different heights...ranges from 4' 11' to 5' 8'

should they all buy the same shoes that have the same heel height? or different? (i want them to be all the same but if they have to be different b/c of their heights thats fine b/c i want them to buy dyeable ones and then at least they will all be dyed the same color if they have to have different shoes b/c of heel heights.)

and should they have their dresses hemmed so they are all the same length when they stand next to each other? (since there are such height differences)

I wouldn't ask them to get a certain height because I'm guessing the shorter girl will want heels and the taller one may or may not want them. I'd just ask them to get it hemmed around the knee, but IMO they won't be the same even if you try to get them to be the same.

I think they should have the dresses hemmed so that they look good on each person, individually (about knee length). If they are all at the same level when they stand next to each other I think it would look weird on each person - and they're not going to be next to each other throughout the day. And I definitely don't think your pictures will look weird if they are all hemmed to the best length for each person. I think it would look more strange if they were all the same when they were standing next to each other.

And I think getting them all to agree on the same shoe height will be difficult too - As long as they are the same color, I think it will look good.
