What do you do if the color you would love to have for your BM dresses isn't really loved by your BM's?

I want to do green dresses. But not some horrendous puke green (but not the sage that is very common right now either). I bought this green chiffon blouse today cause I really loved the color, thought it was so pretty, bright and different, and exactly the color green I had imagined (very springy IMO I'll post a pic when I get the chance) and when I showed my MOH she was like 'the color is okay. I'm not a huge fan of green, but it's not bad.
I know that green is a hard color to find a dress in and it's not like I'm planning on making them wear shiny satin green dresses. ..

The good news is you have plenty of time to find the dress in the exact color of green that you love! And if they don't love the color... too bad it is your day! You never know, you might not like an entire dress in green..... !!!!! Like Kermit said.. It's not easy being green!

i agree--once you start looking you will get a better idea---you can look at the dresses and the swatches--good luck--i love green by the way!!

actually, green is flattering on almost all skin types (according to some beauty magazine i read) - so tell your bm's to deal with it!

i love green! tell them to wait and see how the dress looks. what would be even better is if you could get them to try on samples of green and then they can see how great they will look in it.

You are never going to find a dress that all your BMs will love, so if you can't please everyone, then just please yourself, hey its your wedding day.

one of my Bridemaids HATES HATES HATES green...she told me she will wear it so we agreed on Celedon....See if u can pick a few shades of green that you like and get their imput....if not~ ITS YOUR CHOICE

I picked a color... Long before... If they didnt like the color tough it is your wedding. But if you want to appease them you can always pick one dress and have them pick a diff color in the same dress
