i like it, if you feel it is too dark, try brighter flowers to lighten it up.

I don't think it's too dark. I don't really believe in colors being 'wrong' for a time of the year though. Mine is red in March...I've worn indigo in June....
go with makes you happy!

I agree.....my best friend got married in July and we wore red long dresses! Red is her favorite color and since she's a teacher and got married over the summer she didn't care....she went with what she loved!! I say go for it!

If you are looking for other options my sister did tangerines & pinks & I am doing aqua & peacock (colors in album)

But again....go with what you love!!

Oooh, that looks like the color I am using, it's a wine color, right? I love it.
And as far as colors for certain seasons and so forth...FH wants WHITE tuxes for our Oct wedding
So, I'd say do whatever you want!

But I really do LOOOOOVE the last color you posted of that style dress (the last pic of the original dress on page 1)even more than the wine color ...just had to throw that in there to confuse ya!

Oh, and by the way, where are those dresses from? They are gorgeous

I just love the blue! I did raspberry, pinks, and lime green for my colors, but if I had to do it again, I'd do that blue, with pinks and purples. So pretty!

In my opinion, it's a little dark... perhap you could do a lilac if you like purple. I love sage green or the periwinkle blue, or even a light pink or coral would be nice.

i don't think it is too dark... i don't think it matters what color/tone you choose... just pick what you like. I'm getting married in june & my dresses are more of a deeper color (bluish/gray)... i hate pastels lol. I say go for it!
