I dont know the designer but estelles in farmingdale had this amazing bm dress in lime green last week...

No, I want floor length black dresses with a lime green sash. Similar to this.

You can probably just get the girls simple black dresses and match the sash to fabric from a store and have the ties custom made. that way you can mix and match how you want them to look... one girl can have it tied in the back, another to the side, one in the front and center... you know what i mean? very cute idea!!
